About the opportunity
A blend of Talent Acquisition and HR, you will consult and partner with a broad range of stakeholders across the business along with managing and owning end to end recruitment.

​

​

​

Duties

• End to end recruitment across commercial, technical & shared service roles

• Assist in general HR- induction & on-boarding, HR audits & follow up on WFH sign offs

• Build on Talent Acquisition strategies and projects

• Create and maintain communities of engagement with existing and new candidates

• Train and support Hiring Manager skills within the recruitment process

• Maintain & update Workday recruitment system

Skills and Experience

• Experience in Talent Acquisition with thorough search and selection skills

• Must have used Workday for recruitment/HR

• Experience working in HR and Talent Acquisition is a MUST

• Strong influencing skills and confidence in coaching and partnering with professionals at all levels

• Ability to lead as a brand ambassador on behalf of the company

• Healthcare background- Pharma, Devices, Bio-tech
