About the opportunity

​

In this dynamic role you will be responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of a small medical affairs team. The company is going through exponential growth, an exciting time to be joining

​

Duties

​

• Line management responsibilities for a small team

• Provide input into and develop company medical plans

• Provide support to the local organisation and global medical team in a key position which includes mentorship and assistance where needed

• Assimilate knowledge and share it appropriately and compliantly with a range of people inside and outside the organisation

• Training of internal team to respond to medical enquiries from a range of HCPs

Skills and Experience

​

• MD, PhD or MSc or other appropriate tertiary qualification in life science

• Minimum 10 years of medical affairs related experience

• Ability to have discussions with field experts at their level

• High level of energy and resilience, with a strong can-do attitude

• High level of leadership and negotiation skills

• Creative and innovative in finding solutions and approaches to business opportunities

• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
