About the Company:

Our innovative client operates in a unique position within the global market, recognised as the leaders, dedicated to the development, product and sales of specialised nutritional products. They aim to shape a new industry between traditional nutrition and pharmaceutical, across multiple customer channels.

About the Opportunity:

Partnering exclusively, an exciting opportunity exists for a people focused and result-oriented manager to join our client's Melbourne office in a Head of Field Sales ANZ position.

As a passionate leader, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team of Regional Sales Managers across various customer channels, including Hospital, Community and Aged Care, whilst implementing strategies to optimise market growth. Equally, you will enjoy building and maintaining relationships with market customers and KOLS, including major corporate national accounts and distributors.

Skills and Experience:

  • Tangible experience in team / people management within Australia's pharmaceutical / healthcare market;
  • Demonstrated successes in enhancing team culture and team optimisation;
  • Excellent understanding of customer channels: Hospital, Community and Aged Care;
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven successes in implementing business strategies;
  • Ability in identify, build and secure business / market opportunities;
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical / Nutritional products is highly regarded;
  • Tertiary Qualification (Health related, Science, Business) preferred
