• 70% of mixed Billings + hourly guarantee + sign-on bonus
• Standard Consult $94 per hour
• No required weekend work or late nights
• Initial hourly guarantee available for first three months
• Sign-on bonus awarded for commitment
• Appointments booked out up to 1 week in advance
• Specialist trained nurses onsite every day
