About the opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting experiments to develop formulations, support patent filling, evaluate feasibility and other product development activities for speciality and generic topical pharmaceutical products.
Duties
- Develop and optimise formulations
- Perform thorough literature searches
- Support product development activities through in-vitro studies and others
- Support manufacture activities for stability studies and for clinical trial supplies
- Conduct experiments to support patent filings for IP activities.
- Maintain Quality standards and ensure continuous improvement
Experience
- Degree in Biological Sciences is required
- Experience in formulation and product development of Pharmaceuticals is desirable
- Strong scientific acumen
- Strong Knowledge of GLP/GMP guidelines
- Ability to conduct literature review and design experiments
- Good understanding of Intellectual Property
- Effective problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
