About the Company... This organisation is a global healthcare company with a strong presence across APAC and international markets. Locally, the business has a close-knit finance team that partners closely with commercial, sales, marketing, supply chain and global finance teams.
About the Opportunity... This newly created Finance Business Partner, FP&A role will focus on forecasting, financial modelling, scenario planning and commercial decision support. You will play a key role in supporting product launch planning, sales forecasting, performance analysis and investment decisions. This opportunity would suit a commercially minded FP&A professional who enjoys partnering with the business, translating data into insights, and clearly explaining the story behind the numbers.
What You'll Be Doing...
Lead forecasting and financial planning across promoted, non-promoted and pipeline products
Build detailed financial models, assumptions, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
Prepare forecast packs and performance insights for leadership review
Provide clear commentary on sales performance, market trends, pricing, volume drivers, Gross-to-Net and margin performance
Partner with commercial, sales and marketing teams to support brand and market performance decisions
Support business cases, investment analysis and ad hoc commercial decision-making
Track SG&A spend and identify cost optimisation opportunities
Oversee month-end activity completed through the shared services model, including journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
Support statutory financial statements, audit coordination, governance and internal controls
Work with global finance teams on modelling, planning and business performance requirements
What You'll Need...
CA or CPA qualification
Strong FP&A, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning experience
Advanced Excel capability
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights
Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical device or regulated industry experience would be advantageous, however candidates from other commercially complex industries will also be considered
