About the opportunity
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you'll provide on-site technical support across a portfolio of surgical equipment including operating tables, surgical lights, pendants, integrated operating theatres and audio visual systems.
This is a hands-on field service role where you'll spend most of your time visiting hospitals throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, with occasional regional travel. You'll become the technical expert customers rely on for installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and end-user training, ensuring critical equipment remains operational when patients need it most.

Duties
  • Install surgical equipment at customer sites
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults
  • Deliver user training and product instruction
  • Provide exceptional customer support
  • Complete service documentation
  • Manage spare parts and equipment
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory
Skills and Experience
  • Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Field service experience
  • Mechanical and electronic aptitude
  • Current driver's licence
