About the Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a Field Service Technician to join the Queensland service team, supporting hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Northern NSW and surrounding regions.
This is a highly autonomous, customer-facing role where you will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair advanced surgical equipment used within operating theatres. You will also provide user training and technical support, helping healthcare professionals maximise the performance of critical equipment.

About the Opportunity

Duties
- Install and commission surgical equipment and operating theatre technology
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment servicing
- Troubleshoot and repair technical faults onsite
- Deliver user training and technical support to hospital staff
- Complete service documentation and maintenance records
- Manage spare parts and equipment inventory
- Support customer enquiries and provide after-sales service
- Travel throughout assigned territory as required
Skills and Experience
- Restricted Electrical Licence is a must have
- Technical service experience within the medical device industry or hospital setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required
- Customer-facing field service experience is essential
- Current unrestricted driver's licence and own vehicle is required
- Surgical integration systems or CSSD or biomedical experience would be ideal
- Audiovisual (AV) systems experience will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and flexible to travel
