About the opportunity The document controller will act as a single point of contact to facilitate documentation requests whilst also providing technical support when required.
This role is approximately 80% document controller and 20% other administration tasks
Following up with a wide array of key stakeholders, making sure they are actioning tasks on time
Uploading documents to the electronic documentation management system
Route documents and check approvals
Ensuring documents are sent to the correct stakeholders as part of the document control process
Checking document formatting
Generating weekly reports on the documentation tracker
Administration tasks such as general office upkeep and general admin for auditing purposes
Skills and Experience
Bachelor degree in science or engineering related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Able to influence people to take quick action quickly
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and diligent
Good computer skills, experienced in Microsoft office suite
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
