About the opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver complex digital projects across the APAC region. Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external teams to ensure project success and meet tight deadlines.

 
Duties

• Managing the content building process with 3rd party agencies and meeting tight deadlines
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project delivery timeline
• Collaborating with various internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, IS, etc.) and global colleagues to ensure effective project delivery
• Coordinating the content review and approval process across various regions.
• Establishing and maintaining project management tools, dashboards, and reporting
• Navigating and using content management systems.

 
Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in IT project management is required, particularly with digital IT projects.
• Competent at understanding and managing digital/web creation projects.
• Experience working in the medical device, pharmaceutical or wider healthcare industry is preferred.
• Critical thinking, problem solving and strong negotiation skills is required.
• Excellent communication style and ability to build strong business relationships.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor relationship management skills is a must. 
• PMP certification or similar project management certification is ideal.
• Competency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Project is essential.
• Flexible and willing to commit to project timelines. 
• Curious learner who can embrace working in a highly regulated environment.
