About the opportunity

In this busy Customer Service Specialist role; you will be responsible for overseeing the online ordering portal system, supply chain activities and inventory management of products.

Duties

• Collaborate on logistic operation issues, inventory management and system interface for commercial product or clinical trial materials

• Collaborate with in-market logistics service provider, including daily logistics operation, stock issues, write-offs, reconciliations, product destructions & service exceptions, and business review to ensure the logistics service provider is managed to standard

• Collaboration across logistic service providers including KPI performance, international order management and replenishment, demand/supply management

• Sales & operations planning collaboration for ANZ, assisting in the demand consensus meetings
• Order management and customer care: resolution management for all issues related to authorized access and supply of products & oversees online ordering portal system.
• Managing financial claims and stock holdings of logistic service providers and customers/wholesalers
• Pharmacy account management: customer experience oversight & manage order supply chain activities

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or similar related experience in operations or supply chain
• Experience with web tools and inventory management systems and interfaces
• Proficient IT knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills
• Understanding of the ANZ pharmacy environment
• Experience with dealing with healthcare professionals
