About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a recent science graduate or an experienced administrator looking to break into the healthcare industry.
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a collaborative team of eight and report to a supportive Customer Service Manager. You’ll gain exposure to the inner workings of the medical device/biotech space, playing a critical role in coordinating time-sensitive orders that directly impact patient procedures.
  • If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and being part of something meaningful, this role will set a strong foundation for your long-term career in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound enquiries from hospitals, clinics, and internal stakeholders via phone and email
  • Process time-critical orders accurately
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Build strong, professional relationships with healthcare customers and partners
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and deliver solutions within tight timeframes


Skills & Experience
  • Recent graduate in science, bio-medical, health, or related field OR 2–4+ years in a customer service/administration role
  • Strong interest in the healthcare, biotechnology, or medical devices industry
  • Experience in order processing or administration highly regarded
  • ERP system exposure preferred (Oracle, SAP, SAGE, or JDE)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
