About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent science graduate or an experienced administrator looking to break into the healthcare industry.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a collaborative team of eight and report to a supportive Customer Service Manager. You’ll gain exposure to the inner workings of the medical device/biotech space, playing a critical role in coordinating time-sensitive orders that directly impact patient procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries from hospitals, clinics, and internal stakeholders via phone and email
Process time-critical orders accurately
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery
Build strong, professional relationships with healthcare customers and partners
Troubleshoot issues proactively and deliver solutions within tight timeframes
Skills & Experience
Recent graduate in science, bio-medical, health, or related field OR 2–4+ years in a customer service/administration role
Strong interest in the healthcare, biotechnology, or medical devices industry
Experience in order processing or administration highly regarded
ERP system exposure preferred (Oracle, SAP, SAGE, or JDE)
Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with data
High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
