About the opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer enquiries and orders across a broad and varied medical device portfolio, providing responsive and solutions-focused support.
You will take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to resolution, managing quotes, orders, back orders, credits, warranties, repairs and product-related enquiries.
Working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Operations, you will play an important role in delivering an efficient and positive customer experience.

Duties

• Process customer quotes and orders
• Manage customer enquiries end-to-end
• Resolve complaints through to completion
• Manage warranties and faulty products
• Coordinate product repair requests
• Liaise with Sales and Warehouse
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Prepare Excel reports and databases

Skills and Experience

• Medical device or Medtech industry experience
• Established phone-based customer service experience
• Demonstrated career stability
• Strong Excel and systems skills
• SAP experience will be highly regarded.
