In addition to core customer service responsibilities, you will gain exposure to process improvement, automation and systems initiatives designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Process customer orders through SAP
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
- Resolve delivery, returns and order-related enquiries
- Liaise with Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations teams
- Monitor order fulfilment and stock availability
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Skills & Experience
- Customer Service experience within a product-based environment
- SAP order processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Systems-focused mindset
- Exposure to EDI or automation initiatives advantageous
