Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience. Assist the customer service team processing orders and maintain relationships. The role has potential to be extended. The established team consists of 3 Customer Service Representatives, a friendly and vibrant team. Due to a system upgrade the contract role will be supporting the team whilst going through the transition to SAP.

Duties
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Accurate, high volume order processing of customer orders SAP
- Managing and resolving customer complaints, escalating when necessary;
- Management of email orders and inbox;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure order processes have been followed;
- Handle any customer issues or complaints that may arise;
Skills and Experience
- SAP experience and knowledge is required
- Excel skilled
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate with experience with ERP systems
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Ability to multi task and manage workload
