About the Opportunity
Join a dynamic and collaborative Customer Service team in a pivotal full-time, on-site role. You’ll be the go-to support for dental clinicians across NSW, playing a key part in ensuring seamless order management and outstanding customer experience.

Based in Artarmon, your day will be varied and fast-paced – from handling urgent orders and coordinating couriers, to supporting the on-site training Academy and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy while working closely with an experienced national leader and cross-functional teams across sales, logistics, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and quotes using SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and online chat channels
  • Coordinate urgent deliveries and collections with courier partners
  • Oversee emergency warehouse inventory (approx. 70 SKUs)
  • Support the onsite Academy – coordinating attendees, logistics, and creating a welcoming experience
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, service technicians, and wider commercial teams across NSW


Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in customer service and order processing – ideally within medical devices, dental, consumer goods, or similar industries
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with the confidence to work independently on-site
  • Positive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service
