About the opportunity

In your new Customer Service role, you will provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals, ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly and orders processed in a timely manner. You will work closely with the quality team, ensuring consumer complaints are handled correctly with medical informatin and trends identified.

Duties

Your daily duties would include:

• Process orders for hospitals and pharmacies
• Review EDI orders
• Manage the shared inbox and calls relating to products and ETA's
• Handle credits, returns and debits
• Work cross functionally and liaise with sales representatives regarding account enquiries
• Work with the quality team to take down details of customer complaints

Skills and Experience

• At least two years in a Customer Service Representative role in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry
• Computer literate with experience with ERP systems - SAP is essential
• Excel skills desirable
• Fast and accurate data entry
• Ability to multi task and manage workload
