About the opportunity

Be part of a strong, motivated, and driven Customer Service team. In your new customer service role, you will work closely with your team to be the first point of contact for new customers, advise on products and assist in creating new customer profiles. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a great customer experience. Be genuinely committed to customer satisfaction of a market leading range of innovative medical devices & consumables.

Duties

• Provide a high level of Customer Service
• Process new applications
• Perform adhoc office duties
• Case management through Salesforce
• Run and manage advanced reports through Excel
• Support sales representatives
• Product knowledge
• Maintaining relationships with customers

Skills and Experience

• Experience in Customer Service in a call centre environment
• Salesforce experience is essential
• Medium-Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, vlookup, formula use
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
• Enthusiastic and independent working style
• Good communication skills
• Ability to problem solving
