About the opportunity
In this people leadership role; you will be responsible for the smooth running of the customer service department
Duties
- Lead and mentor a small team of customer service representatives
- Work closely with sales team, providing day to day support and insights
- Undertake customer reports via SAPR3
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementation of same
- Forge strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience utilising SAPR3 or similar
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Be highly organised and be solutions orientated
- Proven experience leading teams
