About the Opportunity...
This is a hands-on team lead role overseeing a Clinical Booking function responsible for coordinating loan kits and product bookings for hospitals and surgeons. You’ll lead a small team while ensuring all bookings are processed accurately, prioritised correctly, and delivered on time, often in a time-sensitive, surgery-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing...
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Clinical Booking Coordinators
  • Oversee end-to-end booking of clinical products and loan kits
  • Prioritise urgent, surgery-related bookings to meet strict timeframes
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or time-sensitive issues
  • Monitor inboxes, workflows, and booking volumes
  • Create & analyse reports to identify errors, trends, and process improvements
  • Ensure high accuracy across all bookings and system entries
  • Work closely with internal teams including warehouse, customer care, and sales
  • Be hands-on initially to learn systems, products, and processes
What You’ll Need...
  • Experience in customer operations, order management, or similar environments
  • Exposure to medical device workflows such as loan kits or consignment stock is highly regarded
  • Leadership experience or stepping-up experience (mentoring, training, 2IC)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues independently
  • Confidence working across multiple systems (ERP, Excel, email)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You will be expected to take ownership of problems, make decisions, and manage workflows end-to-end.
