About the opportunity

As a Customer Relations and Business Specialist, you will be responsible for the direct sales of our client's quality assurance products and services. Targetted clients include Laboratories and Pathologies across ANZ.

In this position, you will enjoy building and maintaining your customer base and pride yourself on your superior telephonic customer service and sales skills, as you manage each customer's enquiry with an aim to sustain revenue growth.

This position will also entail marketing support responsibilities, approximately 30%.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven territory sales accomplishments within Australia's diagnostic/Lifescience science industry
• Understanding of Australia's laboratory / pathology setting
• Business savvy, with an Ability to Develop, Implement & Monitor territory / business action plan
• Ability to identify, build and maintain effective business relationships
• Proven ability to sell a product and aligned service
• Comfortable managing high volume of inbound/outbound calls
• Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills
• Flexible to travel, approx. quarterly trips
• Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Science, Diagnostic, Lifescience discipline preferred
