About the opportunity

Because of you, you will be an internal key influencer in data management and governance.

As the CRM - Customer Relationship Management Lead, you will support the organisation’s commercial team, through the management of their newly launched CRM system.

Partnering with national and global stakeholders and manging external vendors, this position will play a pivot role in providing strategic guidance to sales and marketing team regarding Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE). customer segmentation, targeting, profiling and analytic enabling the sales force to focus on their market needs.

You will also develop and deliver training to ensure effective utilisation of the CRM and support multi-channel customer engagement to oversee all system integration related to CRM system.

Skills & Experience required

  • Expertise in providing commercial analytic & recommendations, aligned to sales and marketing data
  • Stakeholder partnership and Training sales teams and leaders at all levels
  • Lead and manage business reporting utilising data from multiple sources
  • Project Management, with ability to manage initiatives from strategy to implementation
  • Exposure to Salesforce - Veeva CRM platform, highly advantageous
  • Pharmaceutical / Health Industry knowledge, highly advantageous
  • Tertiary requirements in Business, Science, I&T or related discipline

You will be a strong project manager and be comfortable in managing BI tools, data warehousing and promotional material warehouse, as well as developing new reports / dashboards to meet business needs and provide constructive insight.
