The Role:

In this newly created field based Clinical Specialist role you will deliver customer training and on-site support to new and existing customers. You will support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts by acting as a subject matter expert to internal and external customers. You will educate & support surgeons and other healthcare professionals in theatre based procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain superior product knowledge
• Provide superior clinical support to customers
• Provide clinical support during surgical procedures
• Participate in programs to build & maintain end-user awareness
• Coordinate clinical training & lectures with speakers across the region
• Develop relationships with key hospital stakeholders; follow up on clinical demonstrations

Your Skills & Background:

• Previous clinical experience ess. - Nurse, Physiotherapy, Sports Medicine
• Proven ability to communicate value-based solutions
• Surgical experience advantageous
• Good understanding of operating theatre procedures
• Sales experience adv.
• Strong customer service skills
• Proven relationship building/maintaining capabilities
• Results oriented and positive "Can-do'' attitude
