About the Company

Our client is a multinational specialty biotechnology company that researches, develops, manufactures, and markets products to care for and prevent severe human medical conditions.

About the opportunity

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to oversee and coordinate the people change management and communications workstream for the companies Melbourne project. The new corporate office located on Elizabeth Street.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate change workshops and stakeholder sessions as required
  • Manage the change activities associated with transitioning employees to the new facility
  • Continue to build and utilise the existing change management strategy & brand of "Working Better Together"
  • Build and manage the project communications content in conjunction with the Corporate Communications team
  • Participate in key stakeholder engagement exercises and action / communicate any identified issues
  • Lead and complete the development of the "Melbourne Site Employee Handbook" to provide all staff with a compressive user guide to the new facilities
  • Manage and coordinate on-boarding and day 1 requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Change management experience (3-6+ years)
  • Experience in transitioning people into a new building / facility with activity-based environment is highly desired
  • An understanding of workplace changes
  • Hands on approach
