Cardiac Sonographer

Job description

Benefits
  • Premium private cardiology setting
  • High-end equipment (Philips Affinity & Epiq)
  • Supportive cardiologist-led team
  • Emphasis on clinical standards and team culture
The Clinic
This well-established private cardiology provider is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centred cardiac care within a modern and well-supported clinical environment.
The practice has built a strong reputation for its focus on diagnostic excellence, with work flows designed to allow sonographers the time and support needed to produce accurate, detailed studies, rather than prioritising volume.
You’ll be working alongside a team of experienced cardiologists and health care professionals in a collaborative, respectful setting, with access to state-of-the-art Philips imaging technology.
With a commitment to both clinical standards and staff well being, this practice offers a stable and professional environment where sonographers can thrive and continue to develop your skills.

Priority Role – High-Quality, Low-Volume Scanning If you're looking to move away from high-throughput clinics, this opportunity offers one of the best scanning environments in Perth.

The Position
  • 40-minute TTE appointments (well above industry standard)
  • 30-minute stress echo appointments
  • Work with Philips Affinity & Epiq systems
  • Strong focus on quality, not volume
  • Performing and reporting Trans thoracic Echo cardiograms (TTE)
  • Conducting Stress Echocardiography (exercise & pharmacological)
  • Working collaboratively with cardiologists in a supportive, specialist team
  • Competitive remuneration will be offered based on experience.
 Who this role suits
  • Sonographers wanting more time per patient
  • Clinicians who value high-quality imaging over volume targets
  • Experienced sonographers seeking better work-life balance
Requirements
  • ASAR Accreditation (or eligibility)
  • Experience in echocardiography (TTE essential, stress echo desirable)
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
