About the opportunity An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Acute Care sector in Victoria. This role offers the chance to build and shape a territory, develop meaningful partnerships with care providers, and play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within acute care.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers and procurement teams.
Develop and execute territory plans, including pipeline management, forecasting and sales activity planning.
Deliver engaging product presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations to prospective clients.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience selling healthcare equipment in the acute care sector, with a preference towards hospital beds and pressure care.
Existing relationships with key hospital staff, including procurement and clinical departments.
Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop sales territories from the ground up.
