The Business:

Our client is a global medical technology leader motivated to help patients live their best life possible through good health. They seek and take pride in continuously discovering new ways to make life better. They invest heavily in R&D across multiple therapeutic areas and are highly acquisitive. Due to upcoming exciting CRM product launches, this newly created Business Development role has arisen.

The Role:

You will be central to the success of upcoming product launches in the unique combination of clinical training and commercial responsibilities.

Key duties include:

  • Provide technical expertise to internal/external customers
  • Assist with the development & implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Highlight & implement efficiencies across product certification processes
  • Plan customer education initiatives
  • Collaborate on the development local strategic launch plans
  • Partner with Sales teams on CRM tender submissions and related tender responsibilities

Your Skills & Background:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Extensive experience in CRM space
  • Train the trainer course
  • IBHRE Certified
  • Superior communication skills
  • Superior negotiation & influencing capabilities
  • Exposure to Hospital tender process advantageous
  • Previous product launch experience advantageous
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
