The Role:
Reporting into the Marketing leadership team, this Associate Marketing Manager role is responsible for driving both strategy and execution across an OTC-focused portfolio.
You will work cross-functionally to develop and deliver impactful campaigns, with a strong focus on engaging consumers across DTC, pharmacy and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategy across the OTC portfolio
• Drive integrated campaigns across B2B2C channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and global marketing
• Localise global assets for the ANZ market
• Analyse market trends and campaign performance to optimise activity
• Manage agency partners and external stakeholders
• Identify and drive growth opportunities across pharmacy and retail channels
Your Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in a Marketing or Brand role within pharma, consumer health or OTC
• Strong understanding of B2B2C marketing models
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience targeting both HCP and consumer audiences highly regarded
