A global mental health service provider, who offer a range of treatments for mental health, pain and rehabilitation.

About the opportunity

The Administration Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organisation's Sydney and Melbourne clinics. Leading the team of admin support staff, the Administration Manager will ensure effective and efficient administrative procedures are conducted across all clinic locations. With highly proficient communications skills, all stakeholders will be supported within the role, whilst carrying out a range of administrative duties in line with the organisations strategic plan. Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to business planning whilst assist in developing strategies to support future growth.

Duties

  • Plan & coordinate administrative procedures and systems
  • Build, coach and mentor high performance staff/ teams across the clinics
  • Manage schedules, deadlines, monitor costs, expenses & assist in budget preparation
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies & regulations
  • Collaborate with individual clinics - ensuring their efficient and effective operational processes
  • Identify, implement, monitor & evaluate process improvements
  • Partner with senior management to ensure organisational goals, KPIs & quality improvement activities are monitored, achieved, and reported accordingly
  • Develop relationships with new businesses, existing referrers, and practice managers
  • Identify business development opportunities & present to senior management
  • Develop and implement both short and long term business plans incl budgets, sales targets & forecasting for each clinic
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans & procedures for operations of clinics

Skills and Experience

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relative field
  • Proven experience as administration manager managing multiple sites
  • In-depth understanding of administrative management procedures including document control systems
  • Demonstrated Healthcare leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in clinic expansion growth plan
  • Familiar with financial and facilities management principles
  • Experience conducting supplier, licensee, or external Quality Management (or similar) audits
  • A team player with the ability to demonstrate leadership skills
