About the company

About the opportunity 
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work cross-functionally to provide financial analysis and partner with key stakeholders of the business to support decision making, participate in projects and assist in implementations whilst developing and leading other members of the team.
 
Duties  
  • Partner with key stakeholders including supply chain to lead all facets of inventory accounting, costing, analysis and process improvements
  • Maintain consistent data accuracy across ERP and other systems, assisting with the implementation of their new system
  • Create and maintain cost accounting processes, providing analysis and insights to influence business decisions
  • Oversee all month-end tasks, inventory reviews and write offs, ensuring timely completion
  • Prepare reports, budgets, annual plans and forecasts in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Lead process improvements, regulating and improving internal controls and ensure accounting, operations and manufacturing processes run smoothly
  • Participate in and take on any additional ad-hoc projects and tasks to contribute to thew growth of the business

 
Skills and Experience 
  • CPA qualified or working towards completion
  • Outstanding leadership skills with experience managing a team
  • Strong stakeholder management & business partnering abilities
  • Experience working in a multinational company
  • Exposure to inventory accounting, manufacturing and cost accounting preferred
  • Good understanding of SOX and U.S GAAP
  • Solid systems experience including Oracle
