The Company:
A well-established manufacuturer with a strong reputation in regulatory and production excellence and growing international order volume. They are seeking a commercially astute Account Manager to join their close-knit, growing team.
This is a great opportunity to build your account management experience and apply your clinical understanding while working with some of the biggest names in the supplements industry.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts, working closely across internal production, supply chain, R&D, NPD and QA/QC teams to deliver for clients and grow these accounts.
This is a relationship-driven, cross-functional role, where you will guide clients through their account development while liaising daily with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio, developing accounts further
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding needs and guiding tailored solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with production, supply chain, R&D, NPD and QA/QC to deliver on client requirements
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client communications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years' sales/ account management experience, ideally within contract manufacturing, complementary medicines or supplements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients
  • Genuine passion for the industry and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors in commercial or healthcare related degree
