Why did you decide to enter in the recruitment industry?

I have always been drawn to careers that involve connecting with people and making a positive impact. When I discovered the recruitment industry, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. The fast-paced and dynamic nature of the industry allows me to constantly engage with new challenges, and the focus on people means that my work is always meaningful and rewarding.

What was it about healthcare that appealed to you?

Healthcare has always been an area of great interest to me. It's a field that touches the lives of so many people and has the power to make a real difference in the world. I am particularly fascinated by the diversity of the healthcare industry, and how it brings together professionals from different specialties and backgrounds to work towards a common goal. I believe that healthcare is one of the most important industries in the world, and I am proud to be a part of it.

What education background do you have that helps you with your current job?

My Bachelor's degree in Health Science/Health Information Management has given me a solid foundation in the inner workings of the healthcare system. During my time in the public health sector, I had the opportunity to liaise with clinical stakeholders such as nurses, clinicians, and oncologists. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, and the importance of effective communication and collaboration in achieving positive outcomes.

As a sourcing consultant, I draw on this experience to connect healthcare organisations with the right talent. I am able to provide insightful solutions based on my knowledge of the industry, and I always strive to maintain a high level of communication and customer service. I believe that by applying these same principles to recruitment, I can help healthcare organisations achieve their goals and make a positive impact on the world.
