Why did you decide to enter in the recruitment industry?

I’m heartened knowing that I am able to help healthcare workers find fulfilling work and be able to make a difference caring for the lives of the patients.

Working in recruitment allows me to be at the forefront of ensuring that the candidates we place, share the same values. It makes a difference not just to the patients but also to their caregivers.

What was it about healthcare that appealed to you?

My interest in the healthcare industry stems from my belief in making a difference in the lives of others through my work. Healthcare should be accessible, effective, and affordable to those who need it - and I hope I play a part in helping to achieve those goals by ensuring quality healthcare is provided.

My grandma has dementia and I know just how important it is to receive good quality healthcare.

What education background do you have that helps you with your current job?

With an extensive background in marketing and design across different industries, I have been able to gain key learnings working with different demographics around the world and with that I am able to strategise and create appealing marketing material specific for healthcare professionals.
