My passion is people, and the recruitment industry allows me to work with people and for the people.

Having worked in different industries allow me to compare them, and I can confidently say that this industry is so rewarding as we are helping candidates to secure their dream job, there is a meaningful purpose in the work that we do.

What was it about healthcare that appealed to you?

To me, having a meaningful job is important.

Knowing my main responsibility is to help improving patients’ lives, makes my job very gratifying.

What education background do you have that helps you with your current job?

I have 20 years’ experience in the HR field, have worked in different industries overseas and in Australia. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations, and two postgraduate qualifications in HR Management and in HR Leadership.
