Lauren Daly
Contracting and Compliance Specialist
Supporting consultants, clients and candidates through the contracting and compliance process across HPG's recruitment function in Australia.
Lauren works as a Contracting and Compliance Specialist within HPG's Sydney office, working alongside the wider recruitment team to support clients and candidates throughout the contracting process. Her focus is on ensuring contract engagements progress smoothly and meet the necessary compliance requirements, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with everyone involved at each stage.
An analytical and methodical approach defines how Lauren works. She brings genuine attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy and organisation to every engagement, understanding that the people on both sides of a contract have their own needs and timelines that deserve the same care as the compliance requirements themselves.
Lauren's approach has been shaped by a decade of experience across customer operations, technical support and team leadership, most recently with a global manufacturing gases company in Ireland where she progressed through a range of customer-focused and leadership roles. That experience included supporting hospitals across Ireland, giving her a grounding in working with customers whose operations connected directly to patient care. A scientific background and a genuine interest in healthcare inform the perspective she brings to her work at HPG, particularly the connection between the sector's ongoing research and technological development and its impact on patients.
