Why did you decide to enter in the recruitment industry?

I was looking for a career that brought together my passion for helping people and my previous experience. I also wanted a role where no two days were the same and that's what I have found.

What was it about healthcare that appealed to you?

After working on the optical industry for 8 years I was keen to find out more about other healthcare industries. There is a passion for healing others in healthcare workers that I enjoy being around.

Tell us about your most memorable role placement. What were the challenges and achievements?

I had a candidate that could only work from home, managed to find them a complete work from home temporary role and they did so well and impressed management that he was given a permanent role. He was so thankful and it was nice to see him succeed.

What education background do you have that helps you with your current job?

• 8.5 years in the Optical Industry across different roles;

• 6 years in Customer Service;

• Bachelors Degree in Fashion & Design;

• Studying Bachelors Degree in Business majoring in Human Resources with sub-majors in Nutrition, Sociology and Management.
