Isaac came into recruitment with both a scientific foundation and a personal one. Raised in a family of NHS workers and trained as a biologist, he understood early on that the right people in the right healthcare roles don't just fill positions, they deliver for patients. His academic background sets him apart. Holding a BSc in Biomedical Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an MSc in Cancer Biology & Therapeutics from Cardiff University, Isaac brings genuine scientific literacy to every search. One of his most memorable placements speaks to what he values most. While recruiting in the UK biotech start-up space, Isaac helped a first-time mother made redundant during maternity leave find her next role.
